Launch sequence

The first launch is designed to create a real customer outcome, not merely a polished demo.

Define a specific buyer, an urgent problem, a concrete promise, and a delivery boundary. The first offer should be easy to explain in one sentence.

Create the offer page, intake, sales workflow, fulfilment checklist, payment path, and customer communication. Connect only the tools that are needed to take and complete the first order.

The operator decides how many orders can be accepted. ANUKA can route demand, but it must never hide workload, cost, or delivery commitments.

After each completed order, record the time spent, outcome achieved, objections, margin, and reusable assets. This evidence determines whether to improve the offer, automate a step, or increase capacity.
